Overview
- Fast onset of action
- Inhibit acid output to a greater extent & for a greater period as compared to pantoprazole.
- Maintain an overall greater median pH on day 1 of dosing over the nocturnal hours as compared to pantoprazole.
- Recommended to be used in PPI-triple therapy for cure of H. pylori infection
